Sham Baklava, a local dessert shop, faced the challenge of expanding its business into the digital space. Without an online platform, customer engagement was limited to in-store visits, and there was no loyalty system in place to encourage repeat purchases. The business needed a complete online solution that would not only establish an ecommerce presence but also provide a way to reward and retain loyal customers.
We Developed a custom WooCommerce-based ecommerce site to bring the business online, allowing customers to browse and purchase products digitally. Built a custom plugin that introduced a complete points and voucher system, enabling customers to enter unique product codes, accumulate points, and redeem them for vouchers directly from a clean and user-friendly interface. The admin side included tools to manage code validation, monitor redemptions, and review customer activity.
