The goal of this project was to create a custom patient management system within WordPress, providing individualized access to patient-specific information while maintaining strict privacy and security standards. The primary aim was to streamline communication and data access between healthcare providers and patients in a secure online environment.

To achieve this goal, I developed a custom WordPress solution featuring a dedicated patient post type and secure login functionality. Each patient was assigned a unique username and password predefined by the admin, ensuring personalized access to their respective information. The solution included the implementation of a custom login page where patients could securely log in to view their individualized content.
Furthermore, access to the WordPress admin area and other non-relevant content was restricted to maintain the focus solely on patient-specific information. By customizing the WordPress dashboard and utilizing tailored queries, patients could seamlessly access and interact with their records, enhancing their overall experience and facilitating efficient communication with healthcare providers. This solution not only met the client's requirements but also adhered to strict privacy regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient data.
